浆体灌入率对半柔性路面材料性能影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 在大空隙沥青混合料中灌注50%、60%、70%、80%、90%共5种不同灌入率的高流态水泥基灌浆料,从而制得半柔性路面材料。通过车辙试验、水稳定性能、抗压回弹模量、抗压强度的测试来研究浆体灌入率对半柔性路面材料的性能影响规律。研究结果表明,仅考虑车辙性能,浆体灌入率不宜低于60%,综合考虑其他性能,半柔性路面材料的浆体灌入率不宜低于80%。 In order to study the influence of perfusion rate of the grout on the performance of semi-flexible pavement materials, five kinds of the semi flexible pavement materials were prepared by pouring the high flowing cement-based grouting material into the large gaped asphalt mixture with the perfusion rate distributed from 50% to 90% with 10% for the interval. Then the rutting performance, water stability, compressive resilient modulus and the compressive strength were tested. The results showed that the perfusion rate of the mortar should not be less than 60% only considering rutting performance, while synthetically considering the other properties, the perfusion rate of the mortar should not be less than 80%.
