摘要
压缩控制弹簧是模数式伸缩装置中位移控制系统的重要弹性元件,其主要作用是当伸缩装置两端发生位移时,通过压缩控制弹簧中聚氨酯的压缩弹性变形,调整中梁的间距,使伸缩缝的间隙均匀。文章探讨了压缩控制弹簧性能控制指标和检测方法,进行了试验样品的试验研究,对压缩控制弹簧的冲击弹性、压缩刚度、全位移压缩变形等性能控制指标提出了一些建议。
Compression control elements was main components of the displacement control system in modular expansion joints, its main function was the even adjustment of beam gap of the expansion joint through the compression control elements polyurethane elastic compression deformation, when both ends of the expansion joints shifted. This paper discussed the compression control elements performance control and test method, and carried out samples tests. Some suggestions about the compression spring elements impact elasticity, compression stiffness, and total displacement and compression deformation control items were put forward.
