微小矩形通道宽高比对平行流蒸发器内流体流动及换热的影响

摘要 利用家用空调整机测试试验台,对不同宽高比的矩形微通道扁管平行流蒸发器在家用空调整机上进行试验研究;结果表明,微通道宽高比有一个最佳值,即矩形宽高比b/a≈1时,使平行流蒸发器换热效率达到最高。这可以有效地指导工程人员在实际工程设计中合理设计微通道扁管,提高平行流蒸发器性价比。 The test room of air conditioners is applied to test the performance of parallel flow type evaporator that it contains kinds of aspect ratio on the air conditioner. It finds out that the aspect ratio has an optimum value, when the b/a ≈1, the parallel flow type evaporator perform well. The result is fit for engineering application. It is useful to guide the engineer design reasonably rectangular micro-channel tube for high performance price ratio of parallel flow type evaporator.
