摘要
本文论述了楼宇建筑节能的重要意义,分析了当前节能方法存在的问题,提出了科学的节能方法,详细介绍了楼宇建筑能源管控系统的工作原理、软硬件结构以及系统功能。系统采用集中监测、分散控制的层次化设计,结构清晰,灵活性强。系统采用无线通信方式,安装、维护便捷。系统以能源数据为基础,结合楼宇特点实现管理、控制、诊断为主的综合节能效益,展现形式直观,操作性强。
In this paper, the importance of building energy efficiency is discussed, the problems existing in the cur-rent energy saving methods are analyzed, a scientific energy saving method is proposed, and the working principle, software and hardware structure and system function of building energy management and control system are intro-duced. The system adopts the hierarchical design of centralized monitoring and decentralized control, which has the characteristics of clear structure and strong flexibility. System uses wireless communication mode, which is of con-venient installation and maintenance. Based on energy data and combined with the characteristics of buildings, this system achieves management, control, and diagnosis based on the comprehensive energy efficiency, which shows its intuitive form and strong operation.
