摘要
本文首先简要分析了永磁体层数、气隙以及永磁体剩磁对永磁辅助同步磁阻电机交、直轴电感参数的影响,然后试制一台无稀土永磁辅助同步磁阻电机和一台稀土永磁同步电机。通过对比测试:无稀土永磁辅助同步磁阻电机由于凸极比的提高能够显著增加磁阻转矩,可以达到同稀土永磁同步电机相当甚至更高的效率。
Firstly, the analysis of the PM layers, air-gap, remaining flux influence to the q-axis and d-axis induc-tance was accomplished; then the prototypes of rare-earth-less permanent-magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance motor (PMaSynRM) and rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous reluctance motor (PMSM) was made for com-parison test. The results show that the rare-earth-less PMaSynRM could acquire higher efficiency than the rare-earth PMSM, because of its higher reluctance torque, which is improved by the raising of saliency ratio.
