针刺百会、神门穴对间歇期原发性癫痫患者血清皮质醇水平的影响

Effect of Needling at Baihui and Shenmen on Cortisol( CORT) Levels in the Patients of Primary Epilepsy

目的:以传统中医针刺理论为基础,探究针刺百会、神门穴对原发性癫痫间歇期患者内分泌水平的影响及抗痫作用。方法:将90例原发性癫痫间歇期患者随机分为针刺组、西药组和针药组,每组30例。针刺组以百会、神门为主穴针刺,西药组服用丙戊酸钠缓释片,针药组同时进行针刺与西药治疗。观察疗前疗后患者血清皮质醇(CORT)水平的变化并同时参考癫痫发作严重程度量表(NHS3)进行临床症状改善情况评估。结果:治疗前后针刺组与西药组血清CORT水平变化明显,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组血清CORT水平变化最明显,差异具有极显著意义(P<0.01)。治疗后血清CORT水平组间比较显示,针药组与另两组相比,统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。3组癫痫患者治疗后临床症状均有改善,NHS3评分针药组变化最明显(P<0.01),与另两组相比,评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺百会、神门穴可显著影响原发性癫痫患者间歇期的内分泌水平并能够显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective： To observe the influence of acupuncture on endocrine function in patients of primary epilepsy under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture theory. Methods： 90 cases of primary epilepsy were randomly divided into three groups： acupuncture group,western medicine group and acupuncture-medicine group,with 30 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated with the acupuncture at Baihui and Shenmen as the main acupoints. The western medication group was treated with Valpromide sustained- release tablets,and the acupuncture- medicine group was treated with both Valpromide and acupuncture. Cortisol（ CORT） levels were observed before and after therapy. Epilepsy symptoms were evaluated by NHS3 scale. Results： The CORT level in the acupuncture group and the western medicine group had significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the CORT level in the acupuncture- medicine group had obviously significant differences（ P〈0. 01）; in the acupuncture- medicine group CORT level changed more significantly compared with that in other two groups（ P〈0. 05）. All three groups＇ epilepsy symptoms were improved,and the acupuncture- medicine group had obviously significant differences in NHS3 scale（ P〈0. 01）,and in other two groups the result was not obvious compared with that in the acupuncture- medicine group. Conclusion： Acupuncturing at Baihui and Shenmen can improve the epilepsy symptoms by influencing the endocrine situation in the patients of primary epilepsy.
