隔药饼灸治疗脾虚湿蕴证轻中度溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Geyaobing Moxibustion in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Ulcerative Colitis with Spleen Wet Yun Syndrome

目的:探讨隔药饼灸治疗脾虚湿蕴证轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予美沙拉秦栓剂塞肛,观察组在对照组的基础上予隔药饼灸治疗。两组疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后的中医症状评分、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量,并评价临床疗效,进行比较分析。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为90%、73.33%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后的中医症状评分及血清CRP含量较治疗前下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),与对照组比较,观察组的改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:隔药饼灸治疗脾虚湿蕴证轻中度UC疗效确切,并能改善患者中医临床症状,降低血清CRP含量,抑制炎症反应。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of Geyaobing moxibustion in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis with spleen wet Yun syndrome. Methods： Sixty cases were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with thirty cases in each group. The control group was given mesalazine suppositories to be inserted in the anus,and the observation group was given Geyaobing moxibustion based on the therapy in the control group. In two groups,four weeks were as one session and one session was required.The scores of TCM syndrome,serum C- reactive protein,therapeutic effects were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results： The total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 73. 33% in the control group with a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; in comparison with those before treatment,scores of TCM syndrome and serum CRP were decreased in both groups（ P〈0. 05）,but the effect was much better in the observation group than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Geyaobing moxibustion has a definitely therapeutic effect in the treatment of mild to moderate UC with spleen wet Yun syndrome,and it can improve the clinical symptoms,lower serum CRP contents and inhibit the inflammative reaction.
