城市排水规划编制合理性的探讨

Discussion on the rationality of the urban drainage planning

结合陕西省西安市城市排水工程规划的编制,从城市现状管网调查、城市污水系统规划、城市雨水系统规划等三方面对城市排水工程规划编制的合理性进行了探讨,提出了新观点,对城市排水规划编制有很好的指导作用。

Based on the formation of Xi＇an urban drainage project planning,the rationality of urban drainage project planning is discussed from the following three aspects： the investigation of the present pipeline network、urban sewage system planning and urban rainwater system planning. Then some new ideas are put forward,which have a strong guiding role in urban drainage planning.
