温经活血通络方对子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者月经及子宫内膜的影响

Effect of Wenjing Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(温经活血通络方) on Menstruation and Endometrium in Patients after Endometrial Polyps Resection

目的:探讨温经活血通络方辅助治疗子宫内膜息肉切除术后的临床疗效。方法:将子宫内膜息肉患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均接受手术治疗,术后予相同常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上,给予温经活血通络方口服。治疗后,观察两组患者治疗前后月经情况、子宫内膜、血清血红蛋白以及血液流变学相关指标改善状况,并对痊愈病例随访1年,观察分析患者月经及息肉复发情况。结果:治疗组愈显率为84.3%,总有效率为96.9%,对照组愈显率为53.1%,总有效率为81.3%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后3、6、12个月子宫内膜厚度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清血红蛋白含量均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后3、6、12个月血清血红蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后痊愈病例随访中,治疗组月经失调发生率和息肉复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温经活血通络方治疗子宫内膜息肉,能够有效改善患者子宫内环境,减少复发,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wcnjing Huoxue Tongluo Decoction （温经活血通络方, WJHXTLD） on menstruation and endometrium in patients after endometrial polyps resection. Methods： Patients with endometrial polyps were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated with surgical resection, postoperative given same routine drug treatment. On that basis, the treatment group was given WJHXTLD. After treatment, the menstruation, endometrial, serum hemoglobin and the related parameters of blood rheology were observed, and the recovery tor a 1 year follow-up were observed and compared. Results： The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 84.3%, and the total effective rate was 96.9%, which were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the endometrium thickness of two groups both significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, and those of the treatment group ＇after treatment for 3, 6, 12 months were significantly thinner than control group （P〈0.05）. The serum hemoglobin levels of the two groups after treatment both significantly increased （P〈0.05）, and those of the treatment group after treatment for 3, 6, 12 months were significantly higher than control group （P〈0.05）. In cases recovered after treatment fnllow-up, the incidence of menstrual disorder and polyp recurrence rate of the treatment group were sig, ificantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： WJHXTLD can effectively improve the womb environment in patients with endometrial polyps and reduce the recurrence.
