摘要
目的:建立山东道地药材丹参脂溶性成分指纹图谱,并对其三种脂溶性成分同时进行含量测定。方法:Sciences—InertSustainC.8色谱柱;乙腈-0.02%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL/min;温度30℃。结果:10批次丹参指纹图谱标定20个共有峰,相似度均≥0.940;丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮在0.11~2.2、0.0521.04和0.043~0.086μg之间呈良好的线性关系。结论:所建立的方法可靠、结果稳定,为丹参药材的质量评价提供参考依据。
Objective:To establish the fingerprint of lipid-soluble components of genuine salvia miltiorrhiza bunge in Shandong and to perform simultaneous determination of three components in it. Methods:The anal- ysis were performed on Sciences-InertSustain Cls column,with acetonitrile-0.02% phosphoric acid solution as the eluent. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the temperature was 30 ℃. Results:Twenty common peaks were identified form the fingerprints of 10 batches of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and the similarities were not less than 0.940. The linear ranges of tanshinone Ⅰ ,tanshinone Ⅱ A and cryptotanshinone were 0.11-2.2 μ, 0.052-1.04 μg and 0.043--0.086. Conclusion:The established method is simple and the result was accurate. They can provide reference for quality control of salvia mihiorrhiza bunge.
