On the Problems and Countermeasures of Contemporary Chinese Cultural Soft Power Construction

文化软实力的提升对中国的崛起具有重要的意义。当代中国文化软实力建设存在一些突出的问题,主要表现在:文化生产力不够发达、文化传播力不足和社会主义核心价值观认同出现困境。当代中国文化软实力建设存在的问题主要是由文化管理体制的制约、缺乏明晰的文化传播战略和社会主义核心价值观认同路径陷入误区等原因造成。当代中国文化软实力建设应该继续推进文化管理体制改革,解放和发展我国的文化生产力;制定系统的文化传播战略,强化我国的文化传播力;在利益共享中推动对社会主义核心价值观的认同,增强我国的核心价值观认同力。

The improvement of cultural soft power has great significance in the rise of China. There are still some outstanding problems in the construction of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power, mainly manifested in： cultural productivity is inadequately developed, propagation force is insufficient and socialist core values identity is in dilemma. The problems in the construction of contemporary Chinese cultural soft power are mainly caused by the hindering of cultural management system, the lack of clear cultural transmission strategies and the path misguidance of socialist core values identity. Contemporary Chinese cultural soft power construction should continue to advance the reform of cultural management system, liberate and develop cultural productivity, develop systematic culture dissemination strategy and strengthen cultural propagation force. Meanwhile, we should promote the socialist core value identity amidst benefits sharing, and enhance our core values identity.
