摘要
目的了解住院尿路感染患者病原菌分布状况及耐药性特点。方法通过对尿液标本进行细菌分离培养、菌种鉴定及药敏试验,分析试验结果。结果调查期间分离出病原菌418株,其中革兰阴性菌占46.17%,革兰阳性菌占20.81%,真菌占33.01%。检出居前3位的病原菌为大肠埃希菌、热带假丝酵母菌和粪肠球菌;引起尿路感染的病原菌检出率,检出居前3位的科室为神经外科、泌尿外科和神经内科。检出病原菌对多数抗菌药物耐药。结论尿培养分离的病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,真菌所占比例较高。临床应依据药敏试验结果合理选用抗菌药物。
Objective To investigate the pathogens distribution and drug resistance of patients with urinary tract infection. Methods Pathogens were isolated and cultured from urine samples of patients with urinary tract infection. Identification of pathogens and susceptibility test were done to identify pathogens. Results 418 strains of pathogens were isolated from clini- cal urinary samples of patients with urinary tract infection. Of all isolated pathogens, the gram negative bacteria, gram posi- tive bacteria,fungi accounted for 46.17% ,20.81% and 33.01% respectively. The top three pathogens were Escherichia co- li, Candida tropicalis and Enterococcus faecalis. The detection rate of pathogens in neurosurgery, urology and neurology ranked the top three. The urinary tract infection pathogens were resistant to most antimicrobial agents. Conclusion The gram - negative bacteria is the main pathogens isolated from urine culture specimen. The proportion of fungi is high. It is necessary for clinical to reasonably use antibiotics based on the result of drug susceptibility testing.
