我国部分基层医疗机构消毒供应中心现状调查

Investigation of the central sterile supply department in some basic medical units in China

目的了解我国基层医疗机构消毒供应中心(CSSD)工作现状,为行业标准制定提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,内容包括CSSD管理、操作流程和监测情况。用Epi Data 3.1建立数据库,用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果部分基层CSSD的工作区域设计、人员培训、设施配置、操作规范和监测标准与现行标准差距较大。结论受条件所限,大部分基层医疗机构CSSD很难达到现有标准要求,需要制定针对基层CSSD的管理规范。

Objective To understand the current status of the central sterile supply department（CSSD） in basic medical units, and to offer evidences for measures Industry Standard. Methods Use electronic questionnaire, which include the management, operating procedures, and surveillance performance in CSSD. EpiData 3.1 for create database and SPSS 19. 0 for statistical analysis. Results Part of investigated CSSD were not conform with the standard. Such as the design of work area, staff training, supplies, operating procedures and surveillance. Conclusion Because of the limit conditions, CSSD in basic medical units were not reach the standard. It is necessary to development CSSD standard for basic medical units.
