星载高速差分数据总线电缆组件的装配及测试 被引量:1

摘要 随着卫星遥感领域的迅速发展,高速LVDS(低压差分信号)器件得到了广泛应用。采用LVDS电缆替代同轴电缆传输LVDS信号可有效减轻电缆重量和生产成本。在1Gb/s以上速率信号使用LVDS传输时,电缆组件选型、信号传输波形的最佳化是关键。详细介绍了星载高速差分数据总线电缆组件中电缆和连接器的选型、组件装联质量的控制、电缆组件的信号完整性的测试分析。该星载高速差分数据总线电缆组件在星载高速数据总线系统如获得大量应用,则必将推动我国星载高速数据总线系统的发展。 With the rapid development of the satellite remote sensing field,high-speed low voltage differential signaling(LVDS)devices have been widely used.The weight of cable and the cost of production can be effectively reduced by using LVDS cables to replace coaxial cables in transmitting LVDS signals.The optimization of cable assembly choice and signal transmission waveforms becomes the key point when LVDS transmission is used to transmit signals above 1Gb/s.The test analyses of the cable and connector selection,assembling quality control and the signal integrity in the satellite-borne high-speed differential data bus cable assembly are introduced in detail.If the satellite-borne high-speed differential data bus cable assembly is widely used in the satellite-borne high-speed data bus system,it will promote the development of satellite-borne high-speed data bus system in China.
