舰船用深水密封橡套电缆的设计与制造

作为现代舰船的重要配套产品之一的舰船用深水密封橡套电缆,其成功研制对推动我国现代舰船的整体发展具有重要的现实意义。通过对电缆的结构设计、材料选择、关键技术的解决,成功研制了舰船用深水密封橡套电缆。经过技术指标测试、产品试用及用户使用证明,证实了舰船用深水密封橡套电缆在水下特殊环境中能保持优良的纵向水密性(耐水压可达到4.5MPa)、电气性能和物理机械性能、耐老化、耐环境应力开裂、耐磨、耐海水腐蚀、耐弯曲、安装方便。该舰船用深水密封橡套电缆解决了具有纵向水密要求的控制及通信传输问题,满足了深水水下控制及通信系统的需要。

As one of the important accessory products for modern ship,the successful development of shipboard deep water sealed rubber cable has important practical significance in promoting the overall development of Chinese modern ships.Through solving the structure design,material selection and key technology,the cable is successfully developed.After specification test,production trial and users usage proving,it is proved that the cable can keep good longitudinal watertight performance（water pressure resistance can reach 4.5 MPa）,electrical and physicalmechanical properties,ageing resistance,environmental stress cracking resistance,abrasion resistance,sea water corrosion resistance,bending resistance,and is easy to install in special underwater environment.The cable solves the problem of control and communication transmission with longitudinal watertight requirements,meets the needs of the deep underwater control and communication systems.
