船舶用耐热仪表电缆的研制

摘要 目前,我国自产的船舶用仪表电缆达不到耐高温(即电缆导体长期工作温度高于200℃)的要求,而且常规船舶用仪表电缆在耐腐蚀、电气性能等方面也有所欠缺,这在一定程度上限制了国产船舶用仪表电缆的使用。针对上述国产船舶用仪表电缆存在的问题,通过对电缆的结构设计、材料选择和关键工艺控制,成功开发了船舶用耐热仪表电缆。经相关检测部门检测,该电缆具有结构尺寸小、耐高温、耐水蒸气、阻燃、耐酸、耐化学试剂以及良好的电气性能和机械性能等性能,完全可满足舰艇、船舶和海洋工程等特定环境下对仪表电缆的各种性能需求。 At present,domestic shipboard instrument cable can not achieve high-temperature resistant requirement(operating well when the long-term working temperature for conductor is more than 200 ℃)and has shortcomings in corrosion resistance and electrical performance.As a result the usage of domestic shipboard instrument cable has been limited to some extent.Aiming at these problems,a new kind of shipboard heat resistant instrument cable is successfully developed through structure design,material choice and key process control.Detected by the relevant testing department,the cable has the characteristics of small size,high-temperature resistance,water vapor resistance,flame retardance,acid resistance,chemical resistance and good electrical and mechanical properties.The cable can fully meet all the performance requirements of the instrument cable in the specific environment of naval vessels,ships and marine engineering.
