摘要
介绍了一种大长度低损耗柔软同轴电缆的研制。阐述了该电缆的结构设计、材料选择、性能设计和工艺控制。该电缆内外导体、复合绝缘以及护套均采用柔软性较好的材料,确保了电缆柔软性;同时内导体选择多股绞线紧压绞合,绝缘及护套的挤出选择挤压式挤出模具增大挤出压力,以及在挤出时保证挤出同心度,确保了电缆结构紧凑性。根据该电缆的电性能、反复弯曲性能、温度适应性等试验结果,表明其可满足在100kHz传输频率下传输衰减极低、可耐反复弯曲、温度适应性较好等用户使用要求。
The development of a kind of long-length low-loss flexible coaxial cable is introduced.The structure design,material selection,performance design and process control of the cable are described.Materials with good flexibility are used for inner and outer conductor,composite insulation and jacket to ensure the flexibility of the cable.Meanwhile,compact strand wires are used for inner conductor,pressure-fed extrusion die is used for insulation and jacket which can increase extrusion pressure and extrusion process can guarantee the extrusion concentricity,ensuring the compact construction of the cable.According to the tests results of electrical property,repeated bending performance and temperature adaptation,the cable can meet the requirements of users,such as low transmission attenuation at 100 kHz transmission frequency,great repeated bending performance and good temperature adaptation.
