温差对带骨架光纤环损耗的影响及解决方案

摘要 研究了环境温度变化(温差)对带骨架(绕纤盘)光纤环损耗的影响。通过建立绕纤盘和光纤环的三维模型和有限元模型,仿真计算了温差对带骨架光纤环应变的影响,得到了环境温差越大,绕纤盘形变越大,光纤环损耗也越大的结论。基于以上分析,提出了三种解决方案,并着重介绍了一种采用可拆卸式绕纤盘制作无骨架光纤环的方案。试验证明该方案切实可行,较好地解决了因温差造成带骨架光纤环损耗增加的问题。这一研究工作对提高光纤环在工程中的使用性能具有一定的指导意义。 The influence of environment temperature change(temperature difference)on the loss of optical fiber ring with bobbin is studied.By building three-dimensional model and finite element model for the bobbin and ring,the influence of temperature difference on the strain of the ring with bobbin is simulated and calculated.Conclusions are obtained that the greater the temperature difference is,the greater the deformation of the bobbin is and the greater the loss of the ring with bobbin is.Three solutions are proposed based on the analysis above.And an option of making a bobbinless optical fiber ring with a detachable bobbin is introduced emphatically.It is verified by tests that the option is workable and it can fairly well solves the problem that the increase of the loss of the optical fiber ring with bobbin caused by the temperature difference.This research work has a certain guiding significance in improving the usage performance of optical fiber ring in engineering.
