摘要
高锰TWIP钢是未来汽车用新钢种,围绕如何降低其冶炼成本展开了大量研究。文章提出了利用我国贫锰矿资源,采用电硅热法冶炼高锰TWIP钢新工艺。对实现该新工艺关键工序进行了可行性分析,并指出实现该工艺需解决的相关关键问题。
High manganese TWIP (Twinning induced plasticity) steel is a new type of steel for automobiles in the future. Some studies have been done focusing on how to reduce the cost of smelting TWIP steel. In this paper a new process is proposed to produce high manganese TWIP steel with Electro Silicothermic Process from Poor Manganese. The feasibility of key procedures in this new process is analyzed, and the key problems to be solved are pointed out.
