手表行业用国内外真皮的基本性能对比研究

Comparative Study on the Basic Properties of Domestic and Foreign Genuine Leather’s Original Leather in Watch Industry

对手表行业常用的国内外真皮表带的原皮进行基本性能的对比研究,研究包括原皮的抗扭和曲折性能、面漆牢度、耐摩擦和耐腐蚀性能、含水率、冷冻试验、热老化试验、热湿老化试验9项,分析了国内外真皮表带原皮的后处理工艺。结果表明：国内原皮的抗扭和曲折性能、面漆牢度、耐腐蚀性能、耐摩擦性能均良好;国外原皮抗扭和曲折性能合格,而面漆牢度、耐摩擦性能、耐人工汗腐蚀性能较差;国内外真皮表带原皮的耐极限冷冻性能、耐湿热老化性能良好;国内原皮的含水量均要高于国外原皮的含水量;国内外原皮均属于真皮组织,性能的差异则集中在表层漆料性能的不同上。

The basic properties of domestic and foreign genuine leather＇s original leather in watch industry was studied,including tortuous torsional performance,finish fastness,abrasion,corrosion,moisture,freezing test,thermal aging test and wet heat aging test,and compare the performance of both comparative analysis. The results showed：torsional performance and tortuous,paint fastness,corrosion resistance,abrasion properties of domestic original leather were good; foreign original leather torsional twists and acceptable performance were good,but finish fastness,rub resistance,artificial perspiration resistance were poor; both freeze-resistant and heat aging properties were good; domestic original leather had higher water content; the difference was concentrated in the paint surface.
