摘要
水损害是制约沥青路面使用寿命的长期的棘手问题,而沥青与集料的粘附性是其中的关键所在。该文通过表面能法,结合接触角测试试验,获得沥青、集料的表面能参数,通过计算沥青与集料的粘附功、剥落功以及配伍率来评价粘附效果。与此同时,深入分析了沥青温度变化对粘附性的影响。该文所得可为进一步研究沥青/集料的粘附机理、提高沥青与集料的粘附性提供理论借鉴。
Water damage is a difficult problem that restricts the service life of asphalt pavement,and the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate is the key point of reducing water damage. In the paper,the surface energy parameters of asphalt and aggregate can be obtained by surface energy method and contact angle test and the adhesion effect was evaluated by calculating the adhesion work,stripping work and compatibility rate of asphalt and aggregate. Meanwhile,the influence of the temperature change on the adhesion of asphalt was analyzed. The results of this paper can provide a further study of adhesion mechanism of asphalt and aggregate theoretical reference for the adhesion between asphalt and aggregate.
