摘要
针对采煤机自动调高控制系统的控制性能问题,提出采用模糊控制器与PID控制器相结合的方法,建立电液比例控制系统的数学模型,在MATLAB和AMESim环境下建立其控制系统及液压系统联合仿真模型并进行仿真分析.研究结果表明:采用模糊PID控制的调高系统在快速性、稳定性、抗干扰能力等方面均有明显提高,所以采用模糊PID控制对采煤机进行自动调高更为合适.
In order to make the automatic control system having a satisfactory control performance, this paper proposed the way of fuzzy controller and PID controller, and established the mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system. The combined simulation model of the control system and hydraulic system was built with MATLAB and AMESim, then simulation analysis of the system was carried out. The results of study show that the improved system has good performance in the speediness, stability, anti-disturbance performance, etc., therefore using fuzzy PID control for coal winning machine automatically lifting is more appropriate.
