互动仪式链视角下政务微信与用户的互动研究

The Interaction of Government Wechat and Users:A Perspective from the Interaction Ritual Chains

移动互联网时代的到来推动了电子政务向纵深发展,微信这一社交平台日益受到各级政府的重视,成为政民互通的新窗口。本文以兰德尔·柯林斯的互动仪式链理论为基础,对政务微信与用户的互动仪式进行研究,建构了新的互动仪式模型并对互动现状及结果进行分析。研究发现现阶段政务微信并未充分发挥主导权,互动方面仍存在身体在场缺失、焦点设置错位、情感共享不足等问题,对此本文提出了相应建议。

E-government develops in depth with the acceleration of Mobile Internet Era, during which more and more importance is attached on Wechat by governments at all levels, making it a new platform connected the government and the people. Based on Interaction Ritual Chains theory proposed by Randall Collins, this paper is aimed to find out the interaction ritual chains between Government Wechat and its users through quantitative and qualitative approaches. A new pattern of interaction ritual is constructed and both the state and results of which are assessed, revealing that Government Wechat has not taken full advantage of its dominate role, leading to such problems as the absence of common corporeity, the mismatch of focus setting, the insufficiency of emotional share, and etc. Accordingly, strategies are analyzed to solve the problems.
