摘要
目的：探讨超声、钼靶对乳腺导管内癌（ DCIS）的诊断价值。方法分析病理确诊的76例DCIS的超声及钼靶影像学特征，比较超声、钼靶及两者联合的诊断正确率，评价不同方法的诊断价值。结果76例患者中超声检查正确47例，正确率为61.8％；钼靶诊断正确50例，正确率为65.8％，两种检查方法比较差异未见统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。两种检查方法联合诊断正确61例，正确率为80.3％，明显高于单独超声和钼靶检查（P﹤0.05）。结论超声和钼靶在乳腺导管内癌诊断中发挥着重要作用，两种方法联合可提高诊断率。
Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound and mammography in the diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma in situ（ DCIS ）. Methods The ultrasound and mammography feathers of 76 DCIS patients confirmed by pathology were analyzed. The diagnosis accuracy of each method and combi-nation of both for DCIS was analyzed. Results Forty-seven cases（61. 8%）were correctly diagnosed by ultrasound and 50 cases（65. 8%）were correctly diagnosed by mammography,there was no significant difference（P﹥0. 05）. As for combination method,the number of correct diagnosis cases were 61,with the coincidence rate of 80. 3%,which was higher than merely using a single methods（ P ﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusions Ultrasound and mammography play an important role in the diagnosis of DCIS,and the combination method can improve the diagnosis value.
