中西医结合治疗胃窦炎的疗效观察

Effect of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine treatment on antral gastritis

目的：观察中西医结合治疗胃窦炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2014年12月消化科门诊和中医科门诊的胃窦炎患者97例。采用随机数字表法将97例胃窦炎患者随机分为观察组48例，对照组49例。对照组采用单纯西药治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。1个月为1个疗程，2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗2个疗程后，观察组治愈29例，有效15例，总有效率为91.7％（44/48）；对照组治愈17例，有效19例，总有效率为73.5％（36/49）。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5.555，P﹤0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗胃窦炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the integrative medicine treat-ment of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine on antral gastritis. Methods From May 2014 to December 2014 ,97 cases of antral gastritis in gastroenterology outpatient and Department of tra-ditional Chinese medicine outpatient were selected. The patients were randomly divided into observation group（48 cases）and 49 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese traditional medi-cine on the basis of the control group. One month was a course,the efficacy was evaluated after two cour-ses. Results After treatment of two courses,29 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,the total ef-fective rate was 91. 7%（44/48）in the observation group;in the control group,17 cases were cured,19 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 73. 5%（36/49）. There were significant differences in the total effective rate（χ2 =5. 555 ,P﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effect of combination of Chinese tra-ditional and western medicine on antral gastritis is good.
