Research on Strategies against PPP Financing Mode for Sponge City Construction

基于对海绵城市建设和PPP模式发展的背景研究,探究了PPP模式在国内外海绵城市建设中的应用模式和存在的问题,总结并借鉴先进经验,寻求政府与企业资金融合的新途径,提出了发展海绵城市建设PPP模式应用的对策及建议,为海绵城市建设科学选用PPP模式提供了有益的思路。

Based on the background research of the sponge city construction and PPP mode development, this paper studies the application model and existing problems of PPP mode in sponge city construction at home and abroad. It summarizes, adopts advanced experience and seeks for new approaches of government and enterprise capital fusion. The paper puts forward solutions and suggestions of sponge city construction and PPP mode application and provides useful thoughts for choosing PPP mode in a scientific way in sponge city construction.
