摘要
介绍了我国房地产企业风险的现状,分析了我国房地产企业风险的成因,阐述了我国房地产企业风险控制与管理的必要性,从政策和政府风险的控制与管理、项目决策和经营风险的控制与管理、管理风险的控制与调整、法律风险的控制与管理等4个方面提出了完善我国房地产企业风险控制与管理的具体对策。
The paper introduces the present situation of the real estate enterprise risk in our country while the internal and external causes of the domestic real estate enterprises are analyzed. The necessity of risk control and management of real estate enterprises in our country are expounded. The paper puts forward 4 aspects of the specific countermeasures：the control and management of the policy and the government risk, control and management of project decision and management risk, the control and adjustment of management risk, the control and management of legal risk, which could improve the control and management of real estate enterprise risk in our country.
