为解决我国建设类翻译领域高层次人才紧俏匮乏的问题,构建了高层次准译员创新体系构建的基本理论框架,并在此理论框架基础上开展了建设行业高层次准译员创新体系构建,探究了仿真创新子体系构建和真实创新子体系构建的具体实施方法,确保了创新体系构建的科学性、实用性和可持续性,为建设行业翻译从业者的发展搭建了统一、高效,服务于建设类市场的创新实践平台,帮助其提升创新意识并增强实践能力。

In order to solve the shortage problem of high - level translators in the construction industry, the present study attempts to build a basic theoretical framework on innovation system for high - level student translators, which contributes to the follow - up study on innovation system including the specific implementing methods of both simulative and real innovation sub - systems. The study is conducted to ensure the scientific, practical and sustainable aim of student translators＂ innovation system, building a unified and efficient innovation practice platform to serve for the construction market from the prospective professional translation practitioners, and cultivating their awareness of innovation and practical abilities.
