摘要 目的:探索枸杞瘿螨虫瘿形态结构与种群数量之间的关系,为枸杞瘿螨种群预测和田间防治提供参考。方法:采用石蜡切片技术与显微解剖方法研究枸杞瘿螨虫瘿形成的外观形态,显微结构和种群数量。结果:虫瘿形成初期外观呈黄绿色,体积增加迅速,螨量增长缓慢;虫瘿成熟期外观呈黄褐色,大小变化不明显,螨量呈指数增长,成螨开始迁移;虫瘿衰亡期外观呈黑褐色,干枯破裂,大量成螨迁移。虫瘿形成过程中显微结构变化表现为:叶部虫室周围的栅栏组织和海绵组织正常分化受到抑制,形成数层排列紧密,性状相似的近圆形薄壁细胞,细胞内的叶绿体减少。结论:枸杞瘿螨虫瘿外观形态、显微结构变化与种群动态密切相关,可以作为枸杞瘿螨种群预测和田间防治的参考。 Objective: To study the development of galls infested by Aceria pallida Keifer on wolfberry (Lycium barbarum L. ) during the spring, and provide a theory reference for population forecasting and field prevention of the mites. Methods : The external morphological alterations, the anatomical structure of galls and the population dynamics of mites were studied with the paraffin sections methods and the microsurgical technique. Results: The population dynamics of mites, the sizes and the microstructures of galls were studied. The results showed that in the initial period, the gall appeared yellow- green and the size increased quickly, but the number of mites in the galls increased slowly. The Mature galls were yellowish- brown, the gall size had no significant change. And the number of mites increased exponentially with the frequent phenomenon of mite migration. The galls were brown and broken, and a large number of mites began to migrate at the decline phase. The mierostruetures modifications were consistent show the loss of palisade tissue and spongy tissue surrounding nymphal chamber, the formation of a dense mass of uniform parenchyma cells and the chloroplast deletion. Conclusion: The sizes and the microstruetures of galls are closely related to the population dynamics of mites, which could be used as references for population forecasting and field prevention of the mites.
