摘要
目的:研究高效氯氰菊酯在中药材金银花上的消解动态规律。方法:2014、2015年分别在山东平邑、河南封丘两地进行田间试验,采得的金银花样品经丙酮超声提取,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测,外标法定量。结果:高效氯氰菊酯在金银花上的消解曲线符合一级动力学方程,其半衰期为1.8~3.0 d。在推荐剂量及3倍推荐剂量下,高效氯氰菊酯于第9天的消解率均高于90%。所采用的测定方法在0.10~0.20 mg·kg^(-1)的添加水平下,高效氯氰菊酯的平均回收率为93.1%~94.6%,相对标准偏差为4.9%~5.7%。最低检出量为0.001 ng。结论:高效氯氰菊酯在金银花上消解较快。本实验建立的金银花中高效氯氰菊酯的残留测定方法简便、快速、可靠,符合农药残留分析的要求。
Objective: The purpose was to study degradation dynamics of beta cypermethrin in Honeysuckle. Methods: Field experiments were respectively carried out in Pingyi County Shandong province in 2014 and Fengqiu County Henan province in 2015. The collected honeysuckle samples were extracted by acetone with ultrasound assistance, detected by gas chromatograph with electronic capture detector (GC-ECD) and determined by external standard method. Results: Degradation curves of beta cypermethrin in Honeysuckle conformed to the first-level dynamic equation. The half-life of degradation of beta cypermethrin was 1.8-3.0 d. At the recommended dose and 3 times the recommended dose, the digestion rates were both higher 90% on the ninth day. At fortified levels of 0. 10-0. 20 mg. kg^-1 , the adopted method' s average recoveries of beta cypermethrin in the Honeysuckle were 93. 1%-94. 6%, with the relative standard deviation being 4. 9%- 5.7%. The limit of detection was estimated to be 0. 001ng. Conclusion: The degradation rate of beta cypermethrin in the Honeysuckle was relatively quick. The method created in this experiment was not only simple, rapid and reliable but in line with the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
