完全管理模式在脑出血康复期患者中的应用效果

The application effect of complete management mode on cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients at the stage of rehabilitation

目的探讨完全管理模式在脑出血康复期患者中的应用效果。方法选择2012年3月至2015年3月就诊于我院的脑出血康复期患者108例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各54例，对照组接受常规护理干预，试验组接受完全管理模式干预，比较两组脑出血康复期患者接受不同模式干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。结果接受完全管理模式干预的试验组脑出血康复期患者干预后的治疗依从性评分、Barthel指数评分、生活质量评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。结论对脑出血康复期患者施以完全管理模式干预，有利于提高患者的治疗依从性、生活自理能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of complete management mode on cerebral hemorrhage patients at the stage of rehabilitation. Methods A total of 180 cerebral hemorrhage patients at the stage of rehabilitation treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a con-trol group and an experimental group according to random number table, 54 cases in each group. The control group re-ceived conventional nursing intervention, while the experimental group received complete management interventions. The differences in terms of the relevant observation indexes of the convalescent patients with cerebral hemorrhage of the two groups were compared after receiving different modes of intervention. Results The scores of treatment compliance, Bathel index and life quality of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group after inter-vention （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions It is beneficial for cerebral hemorrhage patients at the stage of rehabilitation to im-prove the treatment compliance, life self-care ability, and life quality of patients with such disease by implementing complete management mode.
