2016版WHO前列腺肿瘤新分类解读 被引量：12

摘要 世界卫生组织（WHO）总结10多年来前列腺相关肿瘤研究进展，对前列腺肿瘤分类进行了更全面的完善及更新，于2016年又出版了《泌尿系统及男性生殖器官肿瘤分类》。与2004年旧版旧0相比，2016版主要在前列腺癌的Gleason评分细则、新的分级分组、前列腺神经内分泌肿瘤等方面有了较大的改动。本文就这些变化做一简要介绍。
