分泌型乳腺癌伴前哨淋巴结转移一例 被引量：5

摘要 患者 女，40岁。体检发现左侧乳腺肿物1个月。专科体检：左侧乳腺乳晕区距离乳头0．6cm处触及一个肿块，大小约1cm×1cm，质地硬，与周围组织边界清，活动度好，无触痛，无皮温升高，同侧腋窝未触及肿大淋巴结。
