摘要
建立了机械式挖掘机工作装置的数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件,采用遗传算法对某机械式挖掘机工作装置进行了优化设计。优化结果提高了工作装置挖掘过程中的平稳性,同时减小了功率消耗。在ADAMS中对某机械式挖掘机工作装置进行虚拟样机仿真,仿真结果验证了数学模型的正确性。
The cable shovel excavator is an important device in many surface mining operations, and the performance of its work devices is the key to the work performance of machine. The numerical model of the work device of cable shovel is developed and the work device of one cable shovel is optimized based on genetic algorithm utilizing MATLAB in this study. The result of optimization improves the stability of the work device and reduces power consumption in the mining process. The simulation of the work device of one cable shovel is carried out by virtual prototype technology in ADAMS and the result proves the accuracy of the numerical model.
