摘要
本文系统地考察了Sb,Bi,Al,Sn,Pb等微量元素对稀土球铁组织与性能的影响;研究了它们对稀土球铁和镁球铁的不同作用及其机制;探讨了通过微量元素和碱土金属的多元复合匹配改善稀土球铁组织与性能的途径,并在此基础上研究了一种新型高强稀土球铁。
Investigations made on the effects of trace elements such as Sb, Bi, Al, Sn, Pb on the structures and mechanical properties of RE-treated ductile iron are reported. Different roles played by trace elements in RE- and Mg-treated ductile iron and the mechanism are studied. An approach to improving the structure and properties of RE-treated ductile iron by means of multi-component combination of trace elements with alkaline earth metals is proposed. A new kind of high strength RE ductile iron, a possible rival of ductile iron treated mainly with Mg, has been developed.
