不同类型楼梯间在住宅建筑中的应用分析

Application of Different Types of Stairs in Residential Buildings

以《住宅设计规范》(GB50096-2011)与《建筑设计防火规范》(GB50016-2014)为基础,山东省滨州市某小区的多层住宅、小高层住宅、高层住宅的楼梯间分别采用了敞开楼梯间、敞开楼梯间+户门采用乙级防火门、防烟楼梯间3种形式进行了设计,所选择的楼梯间完全符合规范规定,最大限度地节约了公共部分面积。本文对其设计方案及思路进行了分析探讨。

Base on 〈Residential design code〉 （GB50096-2011） and 〈Code for fire protection design of building〉 （GB50016-2014）, the paper use open staircase, open staircase with class B fire door and smoke-proof staircase for the muti- storey building, small high rise building and high rise building separately in a residential area of binzhou city, shandong province. The staircases the paper selecting meet the code completely, maximize to save the public part of area. The design scheme and ideas have a certain reference value for building design.
