摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备Si/TiO_2复合材料具有操作简单、包覆层致密均匀、电化学性能稳定等优点,成为目前最常用Si/TiO_2的制备方法之一。本文综述了Si/TiO_2复合结构对电化学性能的影响,论述了溶胶凝胶制备过程中影响该复合材料电化学性能的影响因素。为进一步提高Si/TiO_2复合材料的电化学性能的研究提供了理论依据和建议。
The sol-gel systhesizing appraoch is one of the most commonly preparation methods for the Si/ TiO2 composite anode materials for lithium ion batteries,which is charaterized by simple operation, dense and homogeneous cladding layer and stable electrochemical performance. This paper reviews the effects of composite structure and main systhesizing factors on the electrochemical properties of Si/TiO2 composite materials. And it provides theoretical basis and suggestion for further impoving the electrochemical performance of Si/TiO2 composite materials.
