摘要
本文对6种不同的粉煤灰与1种矿渣的物理化学性能进行了表征,研究了粉煤灰的化学成分组成、活性及灰体细度对碱激发粉煤灰/矿渣复合体系的凝结时间和强度的影响。实验结果表明,粉煤灰中钙、铁与活性铝含量是影响体系凝结时间的重要因素,钙、铁、活性铝含量越高,体系的凝结时间越短;活性铝含量与灰体细度是影响体系强度的重要因素,活性铝含量越高,灰体越细,体系强度越高。
In this paper, the physical and chemical properties of 6 types of fly ash and 1 type of blast furnace slag were characterized. The chemical composition, activity and fineness of fly ash on the alkaliactivated fly ash/slag (AAFS) were studied. Experimental results showed that the contents of Ca, Fe and reactive Al of fly ash are important factors on the setting time on the AAFS. Samples with higher Ca, Fe and reactive Al contents had shorter setting time. The reactive Al content and fineness of the fly ash are important factors on the strength of AAFS. Samples with higher reactive Al content and finer particles showed higher compressive strength.
