摘要
为了研究碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的基本力学性能,通过实验系统测定了强度等级C20-C60的碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的基本力学性能,建立了其轴心抗压强度(f(c,m))、劈裂抗拉强度(f(sp,m))、抗折强度(f(t,m))与立方体抗压强度(f(cu,m))之间的线性关系,弹性模量(Ec)与立方体抗压强度(f(cu,m))之间的双曲线关系及其回归计算公式,比较其与普通混凝土的差异。结果表明:在强度等级C20-C60的范围内,碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的f(c,m)和f(sp,m)值分别比普通混凝土相应强度高出22%-27%和27%-66%;在较低强度等级C20与C30,碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土的Ec值比普通混凝土分别降低了17%和3%,当强度等级为C40-C60时其Ec值反而比普通混凝土高出9%-27%,而且随着强度等级的提高,两种混凝土之间的差距在扩大;碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土与普通混凝土的f(t,m)值之间的差异规律与强度等级有关,在强度等级C20-C50的范围内其f(t,m)值比普通混凝土高出38%-1%,且随着强度等级的提高,提高的幅度在减小,对于高强度等级C60的碱式硫酸镁水泥混凝土,其f(t,m)值比普通混凝土反而降低了5%。
To investigate the mechanical property of the basic magnesium sulfate cement (BMSC) concrete and compare it with ordinary concrete, the mechanical property between C20 -C60 were measured through the experiment. The linear relationship and calculation formulas between cube compressive strength (fcn,m) and axial compressive strength (fc,m), tensile splitting strength (fsp,m), rupture strength (ft,m) were built. The hyperbolic relationship and calculation formulas between cube compressive strength(fcu,m) and elasticity modulus (Ee) were built. The results showed that: Between the strength grade of C20-C60, the fc,m and fsp,m of the BMSC concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete, which is 22% -27% and 27% -66% , between the strength grade of C20-C30, the E, of the BMSC concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete, which is 3%-17%. between the strength grade of C40-C60, the E of the BMSC concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete, which is 9%-27%. With the improvement of grade, the gap between the two kinds of concrete is increasing. The difference between the ft,m of BMSC concrete with the ft,m of ordinary concrete and the strength grade have a relationship. The f of BMSC concrete, between the strength grade of C20-C50, the f of the BMSC concrete is higher than that of ordinary concrete ,which is 38%-1%. With the improvement of grade, the gap between the two kinds of concrete is reducing. The ft,m of BMSC concrete,which is C60 of high strength grade, is lower than that of ordinary concrete, which is 5%.
