路面预养护剂在沥青混合料中渗透深度测试方法研究

摘要 为更加精确、便捷地测量路面预养护剂在沥青混合料中的渗透深度,减少渗透深度测量数据的离散性,提出基于标准试件和数字图像处理技术的预养护剂渗透深度测量方法。采用0.6~1.18 mm单档集料制作水泥砂浆标准试件,运用Photoshop和IPP处理技术分析光屏蔽(Light-Shield以下简称LS)预养护剂在标准试件和沥青混合料中的渗透情况。结果表明:LS预养护剂在空隙率3%~4%的沥青混合料试件中的渗透深度可以通过其在水泥砂浆标准试件中渗透深度来表征;用量为4 g(0.5 kg/m^2)的LS预养护剂渗透深度完全达到养护标准深度;建立不同预养护剂用量下的渗透相关性公式。研究结果证明,基于标准试件条件下,采用数字图像处理技术的预养护剂渗透深度测量方法是可靠的。 To more precisely and conveniently measure the penetration depth of pavement preventive maintenance agent in asphalt mixtures, and to reduce measurement data discrete, a testing method of penetration depth of preventive maintenance agent based on the standard specimens and digital image processing technology is proposed in this paper. Standard specimens of cement mortar were produced by 0.6-1.18 mm single file aggregates. Moreover, penetration of light-shield (called LS) preventive maintenance agent both in the standard specimens and asphalt mixtures was analyzed by using Photoshop- IPP processing technology. The results show: penetration depth of standard specimens is the asphalt mixture specimen which porosity is 3%-4%. The penetration depth of 4 g (0.5 kg/m^2) amount of LS preventive maintenance agent fully meets conservation standards. Meanwhile, correlation formula was established under the different dosage. Results also show that this testing method of penetration depth of preventive maintenance agent based on the standard specimens and digital image processing technology is reliable.
