摘要
对某低品位硅藻土原矿,根据矿物组成、微观形貌分析及粒度分布,采用"擦洗-小锥角水力旋流器分级-强磁选"工艺提纯了硅藻土原矿。结果表明,以Na OH调节p H为10、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,矿浆浓度15%、六偏磷酸钠浓度3.0%时,经强力混浆40 min,可实现蒙脱石、云母、石英等矿物与硅藻土颗粒的充分解离;采用ф75 mm、ф50mm、ф10 mm小锥角水力旋流器串联"抛细截粗"分级可得ф50-D、ф10-D混合硅藻土粗精矿;经"一粗一扫"强磁选(磁场强度1.1 T)可得硅藻土精矿,并达到工业用助滤剂二级产品标准。
Taking low grade raw diatomite from Liaoning province as research mineral, according to the mineral composition, microstructure analysis and particle size distribution, the raw diatomite could be purified through the process of scrubbing, small angle hydrocyclone classification and high intensity magnetic separation. The results show that with sodium hydroxide to adjust pH 10, sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant, the diatomite slurry concentration as 15%, and the dispersant concentration as 3.0 % , after 40 min intensive mixing, the diatomite particles can be dissociated from montmorillonite, mica, quartz and other minerals. Using φ75 mm, φ50 mm, φ10 mm small angle hydrocyclone series connection, removing fine fraction and retaining large particles, the diatomite coarse concentrates from φ50 mm and φ10 mm small angle hydrocyclone underflow mixture can be available. Through one rough and one scavenging high intensity magnetic separation ( the magnetic field intensity 1. 1 T ) , the diatomite concentrates can be obtained, and the diatomite grade is suitable to industrial filter aid secondary product.
