Progress of fetal cardiac function evaluation using echocardiography for gestational diabetes mellitus

妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期常见的并发症,其对胎儿心脏的发育和功能均有不同程度的影响,早期诊断胎儿心功能不全是决定胎儿预后的关键。超声心动图因其安全、无创等优势在胎儿心功能的诊断中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文就妊娠期糖尿病对胎儿心功能的超声研究进展进行综述。

Gestational diabetes,a common complication during pregnancy,can affect the development of fetus cardiac function on different degree. Early diagnosis of fetal cardiac insufficiency is the decisive factor for fetal prognosis. Fetal echocardiography plays an important role because of its advantages such as safe,noninvasive in fetal cardiac function study. This paper reviews fetal cardiac function evaluation in gestational diabetes mellitus with echocardiography.
