摘要
本文通过设置盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度缩二脲对玉米苗期主要生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着缩二脲浓度的增加,叶片中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先升高后降低,在缩二脲浓度为60 mg/kg(土)时达到峰值,随后逐渐下降;丙二醛(MDA)含量随缩二脲浓度增加而逐渐增加;叶绿素含量随缩二脲浓度增加而逐渐降低;根长、根表面积和根系活力都随着缩二脲浓度增加而逐渐降低,当缩二脲浓度为40 mg/kg(土)时,根长、根表面积与对照相比显著降低;当缩二脲浓度为60 mg/kg(土)时,根系活力显著降低,根系的生理功能也受到破坏,直接影响到整个植株的生长。
A pot indexes of maize experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of biuret on physiological seedlings. The results showed that CAT activity in leaves increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing of biuret concentration in soil, which reached its peak when biuret concentration was 60 mg/kg (in soil). The MDA content in leaves increased with the increasing of biuret concentration in soil, but chlorophyll content showed gradual reduction trend. In addition, root length, root surface area and root activity decreased with the increasing of biuret concentration. When biuret concentration was 40 mg/kg (in soil), significant decreases were observed in root length and root surface area compared with the control. When biuret concentration was 60 mg/kg (in soil), root activity decreased significantly and its physiologica| function was also damaged, resulting in direct damage to the growth of entire plant.
