脱发疾病患者的精神心理问题及治疗措施 被引量:6

摘要 脱发疾病多为慢性和难治性疾病,且影响美容,导致心理问题。脱发疾病涉及精神心理范畴的主要有原发性心理疾患导致脱发如拔毛癖,以及继发于毛发疾病的心理情感应激如抑郁、焦虑和社交障碍等。精神因素可以作为脱发的主要病因、或为加重脱发的诱因之一、或继发于脱发疾病。因此,脱发疾病的治疗中不仅要用药物治疗,还要用心理治疗。本文着重分析脱发疾病领域中精神心理疾患的临床表现和处理,后者包括心理咨询、建立病人小组活动、定期随访和指导病人建立良性的应对策略等。 Many alopecia /hair loss diseases were chronic and refractory,resulting in cosmetic problems leading to psychologic issues. There are primary and secondary disorders in this field. Primary psychosomatic / psychological disorders refer to psychiatric disorders involving hair loss,such as trichotillomania,secondary disorders are caused by psycho-emotional stress result from hair loss diseases. Psycho-emotional stress can be a primary inducer and an aggravating factor of hair loss,and as a secondary problem in response to hair loss. Therefore,apart from medication,psychological approach is also a useful tool in management of hair loss disorders. This paper focuses on clinical features and options in management of psychiatric disorders involving hair loss and psycho-emotional stress,including consultation,patient group activity,follow ups,and to develop good coping strategies in patients with hair loss disorders.
