高纯丁二腈制备方法的研究现状

摘要 近年来,随着锂离子电池的发展,丁二腈作为一种重要的锂离子电池有机电解液中的添加剂,因其具有防气胀、改善电池高温循环性能、提高电化学稳定性窗口等优点,逐渐受到国内电解液生产商的重视。目前国内外关于丁二腈合成的研究工作较少。综合了国内外关于丁二腈制备和提纯的方法,分析对比了各种方法优点与不足,并指出适合于国内生产高纯丁二腈的方法和路线,为今后高纯丁二腈的研究与生产提供了一定的参考价值。 In recent years, with the development of lithium-ion battery as an important additive in lith- ium ion battery organic electrolyte, succinonitrile becomes more and more importanrt to domestic elec- trolyte producers because of its anti-flatulence and it's ability to improve high-temperature cycle bat- tery performance, and to increase the advantages of electrochemical stability. There is very few research work on synthetic succinonitrile at present at home and abroad,only several patents disclose their production methods.This paper combined the production and purification methods of succinoni- trile at home and abroad, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods and point- ed out the suitable method for producing high-purity succinonitrile.This paper provided a certain reference value for the future research and production of succinonitrile.
