摘要
目的提高对外鼻结节性筋膜炎的认识与诊疗能力。方法回顾性分析2例外鼻结节性筋膜炎患者的诊治经过，并复习文献。结果2例患者均完善鼻窦CT及MRI增强扫描，影像学显示病变为边界清楚结节灶，呈均匀或不均匀强化；2例患者均在全麻下手术切除，随访4个月～1年无复发。结论结节性筋膜炎为良性肿瘤，完整手术切除为治疗的主要方法。
OBJECTIVE To improve the understanding and the resulting of the treatment of nodular fasciitis in external nose. METHODS 2 cases of nodular fasciitis in external nose were studied retrospectively and literatures were reviewed. RESULTS 2 cases with well- circumscribed boundary and well （or not）-enhanced mass in the nasal dorm on CT and MRI were encountered, both of them were completely resected and none had relapse. CONCLUSION Nodular fasciitis is benign tumor and surgery is the primary treatment.
