针刺蝶腭神经节对正常人鼻腔神经功能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨针刺蝶腭神经节对健康青年志愿者鼻腔神经功能的影响。方法 50例健康青年志愿者随机分为针刺组与对照组。针刺组进行针刺蝶腭神经节刺激,对照组进行假针刺刺激,分别在针刺前、针刺后30 min、2 h、24 h进行评估。评估指标为针刺疼痛程度评分、鼻腔分泌物中神经递质水平变化(包括P物质、血管活性肠肽、神经肽Y)。结果与对照组相比,针刺组鼻腔分泌物中神经肽Y在针刺后30 min及2 h明显升高,P物质仅在30 min时升高;而血管活性肠肽浓度在各时间点无明显变化。结论针刺蝶腭神经节能够刺激兴奋鼻腔交感神经,而对副交感神经影响较小。 OBJECTIVE The study aimed to assess the effects of Sphenopalatine ganglion (SPG) acupuncture on Nerve function of nasal cavity in health volunteers. METHODS 50 healthy subjects were randomly assigned to either active SPG acupuncture group or sham- SPG acupuncture group. The intensity of pain during acupuncture was assessed and the levels of neuropeptides including substance P, vasoactive intestinal peptide and neuropeptide Y were analysis at baseline, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 24 hours after acupuncture. RESULTS The level of NPY was significantly increased in active SPG acupuncture group at 30 minutes and 2 hours compared to control group. The level of substance P was increased at 30 minutes. The levels of VIP were not significantly different in the 2 groups. CONCLUSION SPG acupuncture could increase sympathetic nerve excitability in healthy volunteers and have little effect on parasympathetic nerve.
