摘要 陶瓷喷墨打印技术是一种非接触式数字化印刷技术,较传统印花有其不可比拟的优势,使其在陶瓷装饰方面的应用越来越广泛。陶瓷墨水的制备是影响该技术的重要因素之一。概述了陶瓷喷墨打印墨水的制备方法:分散法、溶胶—凝胶法、反相微乳液法和多元醇法,为陶瓷墨水的进一步研发、应用提供理论依据。 Ceramic ink -jet printing technology is a kind of non - contact digital printing technology. Its incomparable advantages compared with conventional printing technology make it more and more widely application used in the field of ceramic decoration. The preparation of ceramic inks for ink -jet printing is one of the critical factors for technology. The preparation methods of ceramic inks for ink - jet printing are summarized including dispersion method, sol - gel method, reverse rnicroemulsion method, polyol method, which are expected to provide some theoretical foundations for further research and development of ceramic inks.
