摘要
对回收废旧锂离子电池材料的经济性及工艺技术进行对比分析,旨在寻求回收利用废旧锂离子电池材料的新方法,提升锂电池中高附加值的正负极材料、电解液、隔膜等的回收技术。通过对比物理回收、高温冶金回收和湿法冶金回收的方法,阐述了这几种方法的工艺流程及工艺优缺点。最后阐述了电解液的回收技术方法,对比其工艺优缺点,同时指出今后超临界流体萃取将成为锂离子电池电解液回收的热门研究方向。
Recycling waste lithium ion battery material economy and technology is dicussed, which seeks recycling waste lithium ion battery materials in new ways, enhance recovery technology high added for the positive and negative electrode materials, electrolyte, separator and other in the lithium battery. By compa- ring the methods of physical recovery, high temperature metallurgical recovery and wet metallurgical recovery, the technological process and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are described. Finally the electrolyte recovery technology method is elaborated, technology advantages and disadvantages are compared, and it is pointed that the technology of supercritical fluid extraction in the future will be- come a popular research direction of electrolyte for lithium ion battery recycling.
