摘要
通过基础理论研究,梳理出信息消费环境的影响因素,借助供需视角,结合新兴信息技术发展的时代背景,从供给环境、需求环境和监管环境三个方面构建了新兴信息消费环境的评估指标体系。研究结果弥补了国内外信息消费环境研究的不足,为后续信息消费环境的评估奠定了一定的理论基础。
Information consumption has become an important engine providing power for the economic growth in our country, and the establishment of information consumption environment has provided a significant foundation that help implementing national strategic policies such as promoting consumption and expanding domestic demand. Though the study of the basic theory and the understanding of the connotation of Information Consumption, with the help of the supply and demand theory of western economics, and takes consideration of the background of the development of emerging information technology, this article classifies the influ- ence factors of the emerging information consumption environment in 3 aspects: supply environment, demand environment and regulatory environment, and finally builds the evaluation index system. The research results made up the inadequacy of information consumption environment research at home and abroad, and lay a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent information con- sumption environment assessment.
